Recipe is below*

Now onto this one dish, that my husband absolutely wanted was "sweet & sour meatballs"

"Mint Brownies"
from : Original recipe *Hershey's Best Brownies

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. 1 Package of Andes Mint Chips
  2. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch square baking pan.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. As soon as the brownies come out of the oven, spread the mints all over the brownies! Then once they melted, spread the melted mint chips all over!
